I am a busy momma to four very active little boys and the wife to an equally fun and active man. I created this blog to document our families journey to a more healthy way of life. The decision to "Go Paleo" came after a lot of internet searching, I also saw firsthand the change that "Going Paleo" had on friends. Watch as our family goes from eating the all American diet to cutting out grains, legumes, sugar, and dairy!
